RUNE139: Komainu — Streets of Rage EP — is the second solo-release of the British duo on RUNE Recordings.

2020 turned our world upside down. We changed our social habits; yet, kept the ingeniousness that reflects them. In this release, the duo from Manchester — Komainu — sums up the events of the outgoing year, reflecting on the insane decisions of the authorities. Music is a way of self-expression, and in this context — a protest.

Two tracks by Komainu — "Streets of Rage" and "Freak" feat. Ultra Violet — are the expression of the current mood of society in terms of sound and message.
